Consumer Health Data Policy
Version 1 · Effective September 25, 2026
This policy applies where Washington My Health My Data Act or Nevada consumer health data laws apply, and describes our practices for consumer health data.
What this covers
Information you keep in Harbor+ — pregnancy and labor details, postpartum records, notes, child logs, and provider contacts — can be consumer health data under state laws, including Washington My Health My Data and Nevada consumer health data law.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data for marketing or promotional purposes, or with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not collect consumer health data through geofencing or location sensing of health facilities.
Your rights
Where these laws apply, you can request access to, deletion of, and information about your consumer health data. Use the Privacy page in the app to export your data or request deletion; requests are recorded and fulfilled through an audited process.
You can withdraw consent for optional processing (such as care reminders) at any time by using the same controls, or by replying STOP to any text message.
Authorization
We do not require signed authorization forms for the collection and sharing described in this policy: your data stays within your Family Space under the visibility rules you control. Any materially new use of consumer health data will require your separate authorization first.
Medical disclaimer
Harbor+ does not provide medical advice at any time. It offers general information, the collective experiences of others, and guidance published by public health authorities (such as the CDC and WHO, cited where used). Speak with your Primary Care Physician, OB/GYN, or medical professional for medical advice. For urgent concerns, contact your care team or your local emergency service.
