Opt-Out Preferences

This page explains how to opt out of sharing, targeted advertising, and messaging. Harbor+ is built to minimize these concerns by design.
What we do not do
Harbor+ does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, does not run advertising networks, and does not use private content or children's data for advertising or AI training. There is no "Do Not Sell or Share" toggle to operate because those activities do not occur.
Browser privacy signals
Where a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal applies, it is honored as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.
SMS opt-out
Reply STOP to any Harbor+ text message to stop messages, or remove your phone number in Settings. See the SMS Terms for details.
Export and deletion
You can export everything you entered or request deletion through the Privacy page in the app at any time. Deletion respects other adults' private records and their rights.

Harbor+ does not provide medical advice at any time. It offers general information, the collective experiences of others, and guidance published by public health authorities (such as the CDC and WHO, cited where used).
